Introducing Art-Tek Tulltorja: A Landmark Fusion of Creativity and Innovation

ORG, along with Rafi Segal AU, OUD+Architects and collaborating artist Marisa Morán Jahn, have won an international design competition to transform a former brick factory in Prishtina, Kosovo into a an art and technology hub.

Art-Tek Tulltorja is a visionary project poised to redefine Kosovo’s cultural landscape and will be a testament to the transformative power of design in shaping our urban environment.

Art-Tek Tulltorja's design concept encompasses a mixed-use integration of co-working and maker spaces, exhibition areas, performance venues and cultural offerings. Noteworthy features include terraced landscapes adorned with slides, canals designed to mitigate water runoff, heritage preservation initiatives, and adaptive reuse of materials from the former brick factory. A former industrial site located in the heart of Prishtina, Kosovo, Art-Tek Tulltorja emerges as a dynamic hub where artists' studios, galleries, co-working spaces and tech labs converge, connecting two neighborhoods through low-carbon, pedestrian access.
