Alison Hammer

Alison obtained a Master of Architecture degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she focused her studies on urban planning and real estate. After graduating she worked for a Cambridge, MA based real estate development firm which specializes in multifamily residential and mixed-use urban infill development. She is president of Hammer Design & Development LLC, a consultancy focusing on design, zoning, permitting and real estate development. She has been a collaborator with ORG since 2014, bringing her expertise to projects with unique development and entitlement needs.
