Elena Kasselouri obtained her Masters of Architectural Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and her postgraduate Masters of Urbanism and Strategic Planning at the University of Leuven. She has joined ORG Permanent Modernity in 2019. Her previous working experience includes amongst others, research and design on climate change adaptation, on the ecological restoration of fragile and productive spatial systems, especially under urban development pressure, and on the transition of mining sites towards their post-mining era. She has experience on organizing design workshops, communicating and mobilizing the different actors while acquiring the support of local stakeholders. Her current interests focus on Landscape Urbanism and especially on systemic thinking and design for cities and territories.
