Now, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Officer to join our creative hub.

Here's a glimpse of what your journey with us will entail:

Financial Administration: Provide support for daily financial tasks, such as invoice processing and accounting activities.
Project Monitoring: tracking financial flows and optimizing budget in collaboration with teams and project managers, identify risks and offer practical suggestions for enhancement, deliver detailed reports and updates for management.
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial strategies and plans, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis and financial analysis, to optimize company performance.
Reporting and Communication: Become the storyteller of our financial narrative, crafting engaging reports and information.
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure, with our accounting partner, ORG’s adherence to financial laws and regulations—including tax and accounting standards.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage the organization's cash flows to ensure financial stability and sustained growth.
Investments and Financial Decision Making: Provide advice on financial transactions.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of financial management experience.
Strategic insight aligning financial objectives with business strategy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
Familiarity with financial software and systems.

Fluency in Dutch or French (verbal and written) and solid English knowledge.
